26a27 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Definitions and Terminology

In this document, the terms below carry the following meanings wherever they appear throughout the Terms and Conditions of 26a27:

• "Platform" refers to the website 26a27.net and all its services, products, and features made available to the user.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who registers for or uses 26a27's services.
• "Account" means the individual account created by the user to access the services of the 26a27 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the amount in Brazilian reais (BRL) available in the user's account for betting and gaming.
• "Bonus Balance" means credits granted by 26a27 through promotions, subject to specific rollover requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• "Bet" means any financial transaction made by the user in the Sports Betting markets or casino games available on the platform.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 26a27 in accordance with Brazilian regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use 26a27's services, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

3. Account Management

The user is responsible for keeping account information up to date and for the security of their login credentials. 26a27 recommends:

• Enable two-factor authentication, available in the account security panel.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Access the platform only over secure connections, avoiding public Wi-Fi when making deposits or withdrawals.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account to support immediately.

26a27 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to support.

The identity verification process (KYC) may be requested at any time, particularly before withdrawals or when account activity reaches certain thresholds. Typical documents include: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), a recent proof of address in the user's name, and in some cases a selfie with the document. 4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits must be made by the registered account holder at 26a27. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted. Using a payment method in someone else's name constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and balance retention pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

The user may request a withdrawal of the available balance (excluding bonus balance subject to rollover) at any time, subject to the following rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. For deposits made via Pix, the withdrawal will be processed via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF.
• Processing time via Pix is up to five minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals via other methods may take up to two business days to process.
• 26a27 charges no withdrawal fee for any withdrawal method available on the platform.
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.

26a27 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, until the matter is resolved. Users will be notified by email in the event of a hold and will be given a set deadline to provide the required documentation.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on the 26a27 platform follows these general rules:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered confirmed once the user receives on-screen confirmation and the transaction is recorded in the account history. Double-clicks or connection failures at the moment of confirmation do not generate duplicate bets — the system checks for an identical existing bet before processing any new request.

6.2 Odds and Changes

The odds displayed on 26a27 for pre-match bets are valid at the time of bet confirmation. For live bets, odds are constantly updated and the confirmed odds are those in effect at the exact moment of system confirmation — not at the moment the user clicked. In the event of a discrepancy, the user may cancel the bet if the difference is unfavorable, using the option available on the confirmation screen.

6.3 Cancellations and Void Events

If a sporting event is canceled, suspended, or not completed before 90 minutes of play in football (or before the regular conclusion in other sports), bets on that event will be fully refunded to the user's balance, except for bets on markets that were already settled before the interruption.

6.4 Void Bets

26a27 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed issue. In such cases, bets will be refunded with no winnings paid. The user will be notified by email if a bet is voided.

7. Live Casino Rules

The Live Casino games available at 26a27 — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows, and crash games — are operated by certified third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe, and others). The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface itself.

If a disconnection occurs during a live casino round, the outcome of that round will stand as recorded by the provider's server. 26a27 does not interfere with live casino game results and has no control over individual outcomes — which are determined solely by each game's mechanics and audited by independent bodies.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of open bets, balance hold pending investigation, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 26a27 support. Before closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix or another eligible payment method, following completion of identity verification if not already done.
